Reader's Corner
What is a library without books? We have seen a lot of changes at our libraries but one thing has remained constant... our love to read! The Walworth-Seely Public Library offers several ways to share what's hot, what's next and simply what's necessary to read.
Electronic Newsletter
Sign up for an electronic newsletter offered through our library system by clicking here. Select the genre(s) you are interested and fill out a few questions. Viola! Book suggestions right to your email!
Book Club
The Walworth Library Book Club meets every 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:30PM in the library program room. We discuss the selected title, pepper the conversation with some great titles and announce the next month's book at the end. We only choose titles available through the library, call or stop by to get your copy! Registration is not required. Join us for great conversation, great book suggestions and a tasty treat!
GoodReads
Our Walworth Library Book Club has a group on GoodReads. Sign up to get some great suggestions from fellow readers in our group as well as discuss past and present titles of the book club. This is not a requirement of the book club - join the group on GoodReads and/or participate in Book Club. Your choice!
Displays
Each month the creative staff designs displays around the library featuring everything from holidays to important people to "national ___ month" to the color of the cover. Be inspired to pick out a book today!
In Person
No one enjoys sharing their favorite titles more than the librarian. Feel free to ask us for suggestions. We live for it!
